Recap of Claudia’s Steakhouse Pre-Launch Party

Recap of Claudia’s Steakhouse Pre-Launch Party

Last night was the pre-launch party for one of the most anticipated summer restaurant openings here in Washington, D.C. The main dining room is swimming with white leather booths while the private dining area fills with a contemporary mix of white and charcoal gray seats. The hors d’oeuvres I sampled were all very good, but my favorite by far was the pork belly topped with chimichurri. The bite-size serving was bursting with flavors and had a particularly sublime texture. It literally melted inside my mouth.
